How does the AI chat feature work?

Which plan should I choose?

What is included in the free pilot?

You get full Growth-tier access for 7 days, including Intelligence Hub, Financial Snapshot, Risk Intelligence, Cost Saving Hub, and AI chat. No credit card is required. After the pilot, you can choose a plan or walk away.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes. You can move between Essentials and Growth at any time. Upgrades are immediate, and downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle. Enterprise changes are managed through your account team.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export reports before cancellation. Data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate, then permanently deleted in line with GDPR-aligned handling.

How quickly can we get started?

Onboarding is self-serve: sign up, choose a plan, connect your accounting system via OAuth, and the platform starts processing right away. Typical time to first value is within the first session.

In most cases, only authorization to connect your accounting source (for example Xero or QuickBooks) is required. The platform handles ingestion, KPI validation, and report generation.
